Controversial actress, Cossy Orjiakor, cheated death a few days ago when her SUV automobile with customised plate number ‘Cossy’ leaped into a ditch.
The naturally endowed actress was said to be on high speed when the incident occurred, but she survived without sustaining any injury.
Cossy, who is still thanking God for saving her, was coming from an outing when she was involved in the minor accident.
